Meet Christina
I’m Christina, MSW, RSW - the face behind the name and passionate person of all things mental health and well-being.
I’m a dedicated psychotherapist with 20 years of experience helping people make meaningful change in their lives. I’ve been lucky to be a holder of hope and ally for change with those who choose to work with me.
I’ve been through amazing and horrible events that life can bring, which I believe gives me a strong sense of relatability with people I engage with. I value how we all make meaning in our lives and strongly believe in the layers of resilience we all have.
I’ve had the privilege of practicing social work with children, youth, adults and families for the last several years. Given this direct experience, I’ve learned to notice the glimmers in the toughest of situations and am a firm believer that when people are given space to hear their truest voice, they are able to find strength and solutions to carry them forward.
I’m an ally, reflector, and collaborator who can guide you in understanding yourself and your relationships in a more compassionate way, while helping you learn skills to tackle the many challenges life can bring.
Aside from the above, it’s important for you to know that I’ve earned credentials and certificates that allow me to do this in a safe, methodical way based in research and evidence.
I’m a Registered Social Worker who is in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and I obtained my Masters of Social Work. I also prioritize keeping up-to-date with current training and research relevant to my work. For additional information, please check out my LinkedIn profile.
Meet Brittney
I’m a Master of Social Work graduate from the University of Toronto, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through the complexities of everyday life — especially during seasons of change.
I work with parents, women, teens, and young children, with a particular focus on supporting parents of young children as they navigate emotional and behavioural challenges. Whether you’re noticing frequent meltdowns, big behaviours, difficulty with transitions, or feeling unsure how to respond, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
With specialized training in early childhood (ages 0–6), I help parents better understand what may be underneath their child’s behaviour, while also supporting them in making sense of their own emotional experience. I recognize that when a child is struggling, it can feel overwhelming for the whole family — and that supporting parents is often one of the most powerful ways to support a child.
I also support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions including new parenthood and postpartum, always tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from attachment-based therapy, CBT, EFT, trauma-informed, and narrative approaches to help you make sense of patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools that feel realistic and sustainable in your daily life.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale — where you feel understood, not judged.
